In relation to all City    Tutors (UK) Ltd
(hereafter ‘the company’) practices, we use the word ‘founders’ to refer
principally to the directors of the company. Confirmation of the

the word ‘clients’ to refer to customers of the company, and the word
‘tutors’ refers to the freelance staff contracted by the company to
provide services to clients

The contact details of clients held on
record will never be disclosed to any third party. Payment details such
as credit card numbers are never kept on file and are discarded

provides education and career services. We are not legal practitioners

6. Cancellations
In ordinary
circumstances the company will always attempt to rearrange tutorials in
circumstances whereby one party is unable to attend at no extra cost to
the other attending party. In general we will seek to avoid implementing
cancellation fees other than where necessary to avoid the company from
incurring costs itself.

It is therefore within the discretion of
the company to charge cancellation fees to clients who cancel bookings
within 24 hours of the agreed booking time. Client cancellation fees
will not exceed £30 per hour booked.
Similarly, it is within the
discretion of the company to charge cancellation fees to tutors who
cancel bookings within 24 hours of the agreed booking time.
